DELIVERY

All orders will be will be dispatched next working day. Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as delivery days. Once your order has been dispatched , you can track your order online with An post or DHL . Please request your tracking number if you wish to track your goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


If you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by local legislation. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

NEW CUSTOMS AND CHARGES FOR UK CUSTOMERS

As a UK customer , you are liable to pay VAT and customs duties to import  your order into the UK. These will be calculated for you at checkout and are non-refundable. Please note there is a return fee of 30Euros for all goods from UK to Ireland to help cover the cost of the shipping and return.  We are happy to assist with any questions you may have prior to ordering.  Email faye@feri.ie

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are very happy to offer a full refund within 14 days minus the original shipping and and any duties costs incurred.  Returns outside of this window will be offered a credit note.

Returns within Ireland will be at your own expense- ( please see more below) so please reach out to ask us any questions regarding sizing/ fits etc prior to purchasing.  For returns outside Ireland, please get in touch ( hello@feri.ie) and we will arrange this.  Whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our products.

To receive your refund please ensure the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with all the original packaging, including swing tags and labels. Please allow up to 10 working days to see the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
For international customers customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights. These Terms of Use are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

EXCHANGES

We will cover the cost of returns for all pieces that are being exchanged for a different size, style or credit note within Europe.

HOW TO RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your product, please get in touch ( email hello@feri.ie) prior to returning it to us so we know expect it. This really helps us to manage our small quantities.  All returns can be posted back to us at the following address below us via registered post at your expense.

PAYMENT

Upon receipt of your order, payment will be debited and cleared from your account. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to FéRí, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is taken in advance and all information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

DAMAGED GOODS

If, on receipt of your purchase, you find the goods have been damaged or the order is incorrect, we apologise. Please take a photo of the product and get in touch with us immediately on hello@feri.ie and we will work swiftly to resolve the problem for you.

COLOUR / PRINT VARIATIONS

We have taken care and attention to ensure that all the descriptions and colours of our products are accurate , however, due to the small batch / hand-made nature of the goods, colours may vary slightly depending on the product and the light in which the display photo was taken.
